Coaching is the art of empowering people in their abilty to achieve their goals , fully developing self-confidence and breaking down fears or barriers, often self-imposed, that impede their growth and evolution.

The main problem with diets is that they are restrictive and do not create adherence. Weight loss is temporary and "relapse" is the most frequently observed phenomenon a few months later. In addition, they are not personalised , they do not take into accout the tastes and preferences of each person and do not take into account their energy and nutritonal needs, which are totaly different for each person.

The nutritional coach will not only provide nutritional advice to the patient or coachee by giving them a meal plan that has been co-constructed with the user but will also work on a psychological and emotional level with them.  During the sessions, the patient is encouraged to reflect on their unique circumstances, identify internal and external challenges, and propose their own solutions. Ultimately, the patient takes ownership of their transformation, fostering self-awareness and accountability, and gradually adopting sustainable, healthy lifestyle habits.
